§ 95.19 PERMIT REQUIRED FROM HEALTH INSPECTOR.

A permit shall be obtained from the Health Inspector for each excavation, construction or installation referred to in this subchapter. Drawings and other information pertaining to compliance with requirements hereinbefore stipulated may be required in the application for the permit. The fee for issuance of this permit shall be determined by the Health Inspector and shall be not less than $10, nor more than $50.
