§ 95.03 COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH INSPECTOR.

When the owner or person in control of any property fails to comply with the provisions of this subchapter, the Health Inspector shall immediately serve written notice upon such owner or person to obtain compliance therewith. The notice shall stipulate the time allowed for full and complete compliance.
