§ 31.039 RECORD OF ELECTIONS AND OFFICIALS APPOINTED SHALL BE KEPT.
   The City Clerk shall keep a record of the election and appointment and confirmation of all officials of the city and the record shall be rules and headed so that the same shall exhibit the name of the official, to what office elected or appointed, the date of the confirmation and election, the date of his or her commission and the date of death, resignation, removal or expiration of term of office, with column for remarks.
