§ 92.29 DISPOSITION OF UNREDEEMED DOGS.
   If any dog impounded as provided in this chapter is not redeemed within three days of the time of impounding, the Poundkeeper or agency so designated may cause the same to be sold or killed, and the disposition of the dog shall be at the discretion of the Poundkeeper or other agency so designated.
