§ 91.07 IMPLIED ACCEPTANCE.
   Any person who uses a fire, burglary or robbery alarm system in the city shall be deemed to accept and agree to be governed by the terms of this chapter and to pay any fees assessed against such alarm user as provided for in this chapter.
