The abandonment of a motor vehicle or other vehicle or any part thereof on a vacant lot or private property in the municipality is unlawful and subject to penalties as set forth herein. A motor vehicle or other vehicle or any part thereof so abandoned on private property may be authorized for removal after notice and per the procedures set forth in §§ 90.30 through 90.35 of this chapter, which notice and towing procedures are fully incorporated herein.
