For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABANDONED VEHICLE. All motor vehicles or other vehicles in a state of disrepair rendering the vehicle incapable of being driven in its condition; or any other motor vehicle or other vehicle that has not been moved or used for seven consecutive days or more and is apparently deserted; or any motor vehicle on which no current state registration or city sticker, or either is displayed; unless:
(1) Such vehicle is kept completely within an enclosed building; or
(2) Such non-residential property is specifically zoned to allow such storage.
