(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 72.02 of this chapter shall be fined $750 per violation.

(C) Any person 18 years of age or older who violates any of the provisions of § 72.03 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $200, nor more than $500, for each offense. An offense committed by a minor under the direct control or with the consent of a parent or guardian may subject the parent or guardian to the penalties provided herein.

(D) Any person violating § 72.16 of this chapter shall be fined $100 for each offense. Failure to pay the original fine within 14 days of the issuance of the notice of final determination shall result in an additional $100 late payment fine.
