(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 72.02 of this chapter shall be fined $750 per violation.

(C) Any person 18 years of age or older who violates any of the provisions of § 72.03 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $200, nor more than $500, for each offense. An offense committed by a minor under the direct control or with the consent of a parent or guardian may subject the parent or guardian to the penalties provided herein.

(D) Any operator of an unscheduled intercity bus that attempts to or does in fact load or unload passengers without an approved application shall be subject to a $750 fine per passenger.
