§ 53.18 MULTIPLE SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   No more than one single-family dwelling unit shall be served by each connection. Any person, firm, corporation, association or entity suffering, permitting, making or allowing an additional unmetered connection is guilty of a violation of this chapter.
