The charge for the use of water supplied by the city and of the sewer system shall be as follows:
(A) Water service:
(1) (a) First 4,000 gallons: $45.66 minimum; and
(b) Additional use per 1,000 gallons: $11.42.
(2) These charges apply to each single-family home, each individual dwelling unit of a multiple-family residential structure and each public building, school, business or any other structure that receives water from the city.
(B) Sewer service:
(1) (a) First 4,000 gallons: $5; and
(b) Additional use per 1,000 gallons: $1.25.
(2) Monthly commercial or industrial charge:
(a) First 4,000 gallons: $10.
(b) Additional use per 1,000 gallons: $1.25.
