§ 51.134 BONDS OF EMPLOYEES.

All employees of the Water Department, whose duties require the handling of funds and moneys properly accountable to the city, shall furnish a surety bond in a penal sum to be determined by the City Council upon the appointment of the employees. The costs of the bond shall be defrayed by the Department.
