§ 51.133 PERSONNEL; HIRING AND DISCHARGING.

(A) The Water Department Manager shall hire part-time help, as required, and shall make recommendations to the City Council for employment of salaried personnel.

(B) The Manager may discharge any employee of his or her Department; the discharge to be subject to review by the Mayor and Council.
