§ 51.132 GENERAL WATERWORKS DEVELOPMENT PLAN ESTABLISHED; ADOPTION OF PLAN.

There shall be established a General Waterworks Development Plan for the city. The plan shall be adopted by the Mayor and City Council by resolution, and made a part of this chapter by reference.
