§ 51.096 PLAN TO PROHIBIT OR RESTRICT WATER USAGE EFFECTIVE DURING EMERGENCY; TITLE.
   (A)   At such times as the Mayor declares a water shortage emergency exists, he or she shall put into effect a plan which shall, in his or her sole judgment, cause such prohibitions or restrictions on the use of water within the city, which shall continue until the water shortage abates.
   (B)   The Plan shall be known as the Water Conservation Plan for the city, and the Mayor shall promulgate such rules and regulations as shall, in his or her judgment, be necessary to conserve water during the water shortage emergency.
