(A) Upon disconnection of any services, a $75 turn off fee shall be paid in full in addition to all penalties, repair costs, any disconnection fees or reconnection fees and outstanding water costs before the water service is reconnected.
(B) Upon certain conditions and circumstances, the city may have to dig up and remove the B-Box, and when the city has to dig up and remove the B-Box a disconnect fee of $500 for services provided by the city will be impose.
(C) (1) A reconnection fee in the amount of $500 will be imposed prior to reconnection for damage to the B-Box which causes the city to repair B-Box before reconnection.
(2) Also, a reconnection fee in the amount of $500 for services provided by the city will be imposed if the B-Box had to be re-installed because the city had to dig it up and remove it.
(3) The reconnection fee for service requests for any time other than during normal working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday shall be $150.
(D) No personal checks will be accepted to pay any fees in this section after service has been disconnected.
