§ 51.025 BACKFILL OF TRENCHES AND OTHER OPENINGS.
   After a final test and inspection of the lines has been made, if the lines comply with the requirements set forth by the Mayor and City Council, the trenches and other openings for the mains or lines shall then be backfilled and the ground surface left in the same condition as before the installation was started.
