§ 51.024 INSPECTIONS AND TESTS OF LINES AND FITTINGS.
   All lines and fittings shall be inspected under the direction of the superintendent. After all lines have been laid and fittings tightened, a test of the lines under 100 pounds pressure, shall be made with full inspection for defects and leaks. Any defects shall be corrected and another test made.
