§ 51.015 APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR EXTENSIONS.
   Extensions of water mains within the city shall be made only upon the approval of the Mayor and City Council and under the direction of the Superintendent of Public Works. Plans and specifications must conform with state statutes and must be approved by the state’s Sanitary Water Board before proceeding with the installation.
