§ 38.63 ASSESSMENTS; WAIVER OF FEES.
   (A)   Nothing in this subchapter shall preclude the assessment of fees or other charges pursuant to any other city ordinance or resolution, including but not limited to penalties for filing or causing false fire alarms.

   (B)   The Treasurer is hereby authorized to waive any or all of the fees due under this subchapter. He or she may do so by policy or on an individual basis.
