§ 37.16 MUNICIPAL SUPPLIES CONTRACT.

All supplies needed for use of the municipality, when the expense thereof will exceed $500, shall be furnished by contract let to the lowest bidder after advertising for bids. For the purpose of determining the lowest bidder, the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/8-9-2, as amended, shall be adhered to.
