§ 37.01 COUNCIL APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR EXPENDITURES OVER $5,000 FROM LOSS PREVENTION FUND.
   Prior to the expenditure of any sum in excess of $5,000 from the Insurance Loss Prevention Fund, the expenditure claim must be approved by the City Council. The Mayor shall not sign and the City Treasurer shall not issue a payment in violation of this section.
