(A) There is further imposed upon the dealer or such other person or entity selling such vehicles through the auction process the duty of filing a return with the Treasurer of the city, each month, detailing the location, date and number of vehicles, together with a description of said vehicles sold under the auction process and to make remittance to the Treasurer the sum of $5 per vehicle sold to the city.
(B) The Treasurer is empowered to and shall develop and distribute such forms of registration and reporting documents as might be appropriate for the enforcement of this subchapter.
