(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates or refuses to comply with § 30.09 of this chapter is subject to a fine of not less than $35, nor more than $500, for each offense and is subject to removal from the City Council chambers.
