§ 30.20 APPOINTMENT; ORGANIZATION.
   All committees of the City Council shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council and be determined by the Mayor and Council voting jointly. The number, name and duties of such committees shall be determined by the Mayor and Council voting jointly. The Chairperson of any such committees shall be designated by the Mayor and Council voting jointly.
