§ 35.113 SUBSTITUTION OF PAID LEAVE.
   (A)   Any employee taking FMLA leave is required to substitute and use any remaining paid leave benefits which are available or become available during the FMLA leave.
   (B)   This includes vacation, personal and sick days. This paid leave will run concurrently with and not in addition to FMLA leave.
