To be eligible for the city’s Family and Medical Leave Policy, hereinafter called “FMLA” benefits, an employee must:
(A) Have worked for the city for a total of 12 months; and
(B) Have worked at least 1,250 hours in the 12-month period preceding the FMLA leave.
