(A) The city shall make available to personnel appointed directly from a union and their dependents health insurance coverage in accordance with the employee contribution schedule in the most current agreement between the city and their respective union.
(B) The city shall make available to all other appointed personnel and their dependents health insurance coverage available in accordance with the employee contribution schedule in the most current agreement between the city and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), AFL-CIO Council 31, Local 1473.
