§ 35.044 LONGEVITY PAY.

   Employees shall receive longevity benefits according to the following schedule:

   (A)   Following three years of service: 2.5% of base pay;

   (B)   Following six years of service: 5% of base pay;

   (C)   Following nine years of service: 7.5% of base pay; and

   (D)   Following 12 years of service: 10% of base pay.
