§ 35.042 SICK LEAVE.

   (A)   Sick days shall be used for illness, injury or disability and not as additional time off from employment. Sick days shall be used for the necessary care and attendance for the employee and/or member of an employee’s immediate family and doctor’s appointments. All sick days shall be used in increments of four hours or eight hours.
   (B)   An employee may accumulate up to 90 sick days. Sick days shall not be paid to an employee upon separation from the city.
