§ 35.024 SALARY FOLLOWING AUTHORIZED LEAVE OF ABSENCE.

Whenever an individual is reinstated to his or her former position after an authorized leave of absence, his or her salary shall be fixed by the Mayor, but shall not be fixed in a range below that held by him or her prior to the leave.
