(A) Permit required. All vendors participating in city sponsored events shall be required to obtain a vendor permit from the Building and Housing Department.
(B) Fees. The fee for a vendor permit shall be as specified in the Business License Fees Ordinance.
(C) Requirements. Vendors shall be required to provide proof of insurance and sign a waiver and indemnity form for their participation in city events.
