§ 121.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any owner, as defined herein, to lease or operate residential rental housing without obtaining a license to operate it as residential rental housing and complying with the provisions of this chapter, together with other applicable codes and ordinances of the city.
