§ 119.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CELL TOWER. An elevated structure with antennas, transmitters and receivers used for the transmission of cellular signals.
   INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS. Includes those premises used for manufacturing or construction of goods, warehousing, storage and distributing of manufactured goods, cell towers, transportation dispatch, motor freight terminals and miscellaneous trucking businesses.
   MISCELLANEOUS TRUCKING BUSINESS. All businesses associated with the transportation of good or materials by truck.
   MOTOR FREIGHT TERMINAL. A business wherein freight brought in by motor truck is assembled and/or stored for outing in intrastate and interstate shipment by motor truck.
   TRANSPORTATION DISPATCH. A business engaged in the management of a fleet of trucks, buses or other motor vehicles.
   WAREHOUSE. Any premises where raw materials or manufactured goods are stored before their export or distribution for sale.
