(A) All motor vehicle storage lots shall be striped and all operators shall provide the total number of potential parking spots in their application for a business license.
(B) Motor vehicle storage lots may not contain inoperable motor vehicles, motor vehicles in a state of disassembly or majorly damages vehicles.
(C) Motor vehicle storage lots shall be fenced and screened on all sides.
(D) All areas where motor vehicles will be parked or stored must be paved with concrete, asphalt or other approved surface.
