For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE STORAGE. The keeping or parking of motor vehicles on a fixed premises for a short or long term period in exchange for compensation.
TOW YARD. A temporary holding place for motor vehicles that have been removed from some other location by tow and held until retrieved by the vehicle owner or otherwise disposed of by the business.
