§ 118.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CAR WASH. An area or structure equipped with facilities for washing motor vehicles. CAR WASH includes detail services, self-service, full-service and automated facilities.
