§ 118.12 REGULATIONS.
   (A)   All repairs, rebuilding, maintenance, service, painting and modifying of motor vehicles must be conducted indoors.
   (B)   All inoperable motor vehicles, motor vehicles in a state of disassembly and majorly damaged motor vehicles may not remain outdoors overnight unless fenced or screened from view on all sides.
