For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICE. Any person engaged in the business of repairing, rebuilding, maintaining, servicing, painting or modifying a motor vehicle. MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICES include, but are not limited to, auto repair businesses, oil change businesses, mechanics, muffler repair shops, body shops and transmission shops.
EMISSIONS TESTING FACILITY. A facility that tests a motor vehicle's pollutants for purposes of state and local regulation.
