For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle, machine, truck, tractor-trailer or semi-trailor propelled or drawn by any mechanical power.
MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER. Any person engaged in the business of buying, selling or leasing new or used motor vehicles to consumers, other motor vehicle dealers or other end users.
MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURER. Any person engaged in the business of manufacturing or assembling new or used motor vehicle or motor vehicle parts.
MOTOR VEHICLE AUCTION. A motor vehicle dealer that sells, solicits and advertises the sale of used vehicles belonging to others at auction.
