§ 116.063 INVESTIGATION.

(A) The Building and Housing Department, upon receipt of an application for license under this subchapter, shall cause the city's Health Officer, Director of Building and Housing, Fire Inspector and Police Department to make a thorough investigation of the premises proposed to be licensed.

(B) In addition, the Police Department shall make a thorough investigation of any transportation vehicle proposed to be used for transportation of any children.
