§ 116.044 INSPECTIONS.

(A) The Building and Housing Department shall cause an inspection of the premises to determine whether it complies with the city's housing, building and zoning codes.

(B) The Fire Department shall cause an inspection to determine whether the minimum life safety standards of the city and applicable state standards are met.
