§ 116.026 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It is unlawful to engage in the business of refuse disposal contracting without first having obtained a license therefor. Application for such license shall be in compliance with the general ordinance provisions relating to licenses as set forth in Chapter 110 of this code of ordinances.
