(A) No person defined as a broker shall operate such business, represent or hold oneself out as engaging in such business, without first having obtained a license to do so, subject, however, to the following exception: where more than one person is employed in a brokerage business, the license fee payable by the business shall be a single fee paid by the principal or operating agency and no additional license fee shall be payable by any employee or agent thereof.
(B) No real estate broker shall erect or maintain any sign on any real estate within the city without first having obtained a city real estate broker's license.
