(A) The Fire Inspector shall from time to time inspect, or cause to be inspected, any such establishment for the purpose of ascertaining whether the provisions of this code and all applicable laws of the state are being complied with.
(B) If a gas station is engaged in the business of providing food, the Health Inspector shall from time to time inspect, or cause to be inspected, any such establishment for the purpose of ascertaining whether the provisions of this code and all applicable laws of the state are being complied with.
