For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
RETAILER.
Any person or establishment that sells goods to the public for use or consumption. Retailers include, but are not limited to, clothing stores, book stores, hardware stores, florists, beauty supply stores, thrift stores, furniture stores, pet supply stores,
