Upon issuance of a mobile food vehicle license, the operator shall, at all times, when operating a mobile food vehicle in the city, display the license that has been issued by the city that will include the license number and year for which the license is valid. The mobile food vendor shall display this license upon the request of any police officer, city employee or customer.
