§ 114.042 EXEMPTIONS; SCOPE.

Food delivery vehicles shall be exempt from the application of this chapter. The regulations of this subchapter shall only apply to the mobile food vendors in connection with their operation of mobile food vehicles, as defined in this subchapter.
