§ 114.039 SIGNAGE FURNISHING AND FIXTURES.

It shall be unlawful for a vendor to use or cause to be displayed while in transit, motion or parked any flashing or electronic signs or illuminated signs. It shall be unlawful for mobile food vehicles to display or utilize any signage that is not permanently affixed to a mobile food unit.
