Each mobile food vehicle that is permitted to operate in the city shall be operated in strict compliance with the regulations set forth in this chapter as well as all applicable ordinances, laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation, all zoning, building, health, fire, and safety regulations, and all other provisions of this code, the county code, and state law. If a conflict arises between applicable regulations, the strictest regulation shall control.
