§ 114.023 SANITARY REGULATIONS.

(A) All food which is received, stored and displayed for dispersal from a vending machine shall be adequately protected from dust, flies, insects, vermin or any contamination.

(B) All vending equipment and parts thereof with which food is liable to be in direct contact shall be kept clean and free from dust, dirt, insects and other contaminating materials.
